More like two weeks later… :\
I meant to get this comic out last week, but spent what free time I had working on the site, both back-end and front. (Like it?) As I said before, it’s going to take some practice getting back into the comic making mode. I actually re-drew today’s comic at least three times and I’m still not thrilled with the result.
I switched up the format and other visual elements of the strip… mostly to maximize available space. I also switched from Comic Sans… a rather shitty font that I used early on before I knew better. Unfortunately, after nearly a decade of working on Dis (including the years before starting the webcomic) that font has become closely entangled with the comic. I figured since I was in many ways remaking Disassemblance, I’d take this opportunity to switch up the font being used. I looks so weird without the Comic Sans! O.o
At least Arron still has that cowlick…
Does Arron’s dorm-mate look familiar? Probably not. It’s Greg, who has appeared in a whopping two posts. This is the first of many one off… barely known Dis characters that I am brining back into the light and actually developing them as characters. More specifically, a porn collector and chronic masturbator.
Poor Arron… always get’s paired up with the weirdos.
